Day 2 of Eureka4 Prague was a day of fast action, from the first riffle until the last river. A massive 542 players had returned. Ten levels later, after the dust had settled, there were just 57 players remaining. A total of 89.5% of the field had been sent to the rail with over half leaving before the money bubble. Those who did become one of the 255 players who finished in the money, took home a minimum of €1,800. Meanwhile our Day 3 players will all be guaranteed at least €3,730, with eyes on the first prize of €280,000.

Antonin Duda leads the field by just 9,000

The chip leader at the end of the day is former EPT9 Barcelona finalist Antonin Duda. The Czech player started the day 299th out of the 542 players that had returned, with just 51,200 chips (32 big blinds at the start of the day). But the last two levels saw him shoot up to the very top of the leaderboard. He's one of six players that finished above a million in chips, the others being Athanasios Xenodochidis, (1,731,000), Lucas Blanco, (1,325,000), Balasz Botond, (1,170,000), Periklis Charmpilas, (1,160,000) and Dario Sammartino, (1,159,000).

Also still in are former UKIPT London champion Sergio Aido (707,000), and Jose Carlos Garcia (648,000) - the latter having led for most of the day before losing a big pot at the end with a pair and flush draw against Blanco's two pair.

Unfortunately for Team PokerStars Pro, all three members, Eugene Katchalov, Martin Hruby and Julien Brecard, were knocked out of the tournament. However, all of them managed to make it into the money.

Other players who got this far included Ivan Soshnikov, who notably chose to spend the bubble playing the €50,000 Super-High Roller event while blinding out of the main. It wasn't a terrible loss to the Russian as he ended Day 1 of the Super High Roller as the overall chip leader.

Tomorrow the remaining players will play down to the final table from 12pm CET. In the meantime, you can check out today's live updates here and here. A full list of chip counts is available here. Payouts are here.
